My name is Misty Tollett, and I serve as the Director of Strategic Planning at Ozarks Tech. I’m originally from a small town in South Texas and moved to Springfield to attend Evangel University, where I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
I joined the college in 2014 after more than a decade working as a data manager. I enjoy helping make data, research, and planning insights more accessible and genuinely useful for everyone.
Outside of work, I’m the fifth of six sisters and, like my family, never meet a stranger. I enjoy a good craft, an interesting cup of coffee, and spending time with others. I live in Springfield with my extra-nosy cat, Elmer, who proudly serves as the neighborhood watch.
