About me
In 2012, I stepped into new territory and launched a second career in higher education. I currently serve as the Director of Academics at Richwood Valley and have been in that role since January of 2023. Within the scope of my responsibilities, I also teach several religion and philosophy courses at the college. Facilitating transformation is my passion! I have learned over the years it is impossible to nurture progress and change in others without first going within. In my pursuit to overcome my own shortcomings, I was introduced to the concept of “Systems Theory.” Since that discovery, I have done extensive training in this area and use it to inform the way I coach, teach, and lead. I look forward to sharing those insights with others as we all work to serve our learning community.
